APARTMENT DESCRIPTION AND SERVICES
Location: Situated in a quiet and safe private park, a short distance from major tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
Accessibility: The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate disabled persons. It is all on one level: the entrance is on the ground floor, with views of the interior park similar to a first floor.
Space: This two-room apartment has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of an entrance-kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a breakfast bar.
Living Area: Well-organized for cooking, dining, or working/studying, with a corner equipped with electrical and USB outlets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction hob, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and utensils. The living area is separated by an open partition where you can relax on a comfortable sofa and watch TV with access to all pay-TV apps.
Bathroom: Equipped with a disabled-accessible toilet and sink, shower with seat, bidet, towel warmer, and hairdryer. The bathroom is spacious and accessible for disabled guests.
Terrace: A large terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquility and freshness of the park, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Outside, there is a rectangular table with four comfortable chairs.
Comfort: The apartment offers air conditioning in both rooms, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Free bed linens and towels are provided. The furniture is carefully chosen, and the apartment is fully equipped for guests with disabilities.
