The flat is located on the second floor (no lift) of an old building overlooking Piazza Parasio. On one side of the flat you can see towards the sea, on the other side towards the mountains. Through the entrance door you enter the kitchen-living room with a balcony overlooking the square and a glimpse of the sea. The kitchen has a pantry room. From the kitchen, one door leads to the large living room and the other, through a wardrobe area, to the double bedroom. The large living room also leads to the double bedroom and the small bedroom with sofa bed (two single beds, one of which can be pulled out). For 4 persons. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower. The style of the house is typical of these buildings: vaulted ceilings and arches. Windows of different sizes, marble grit floors and period tiles. The furnishings are designed by me to make this holiday home warm and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, but if anything is missing, we will provide it.

The indicated rates include all consumption (heating*, gas, electricity, water, rubbish), bed linen and towels provided, and final cleaning. It will be good practice to leave the flat in the condition in which it is found. A regulation will be available inside the flat with also the rules for the disposal of the differentiated rubbish.

*During the winter period, depending on the weather conditions and the length of your stay, gas meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to check that standard consumption is not exceeded. Should this occur, extra consumption will be charged.

THE PRICES QUOTED FOR ONE ROOM ARE IN ANY CASE TO BE MULTIPLIED BY TWO ROOMS AS THE WHOLE FLAT IS RENTED OUT
ANY DISCOUNTS IN CASE THE FLAT IS RENTED BY ONLY TWO PEOPLE WILL BE AGREED TOGETHER
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE BY BANK TRANSFER
The tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day must be paid in cash on arrival.
The security deposit of 200 euro must also be paid in cash.
As we are a private property, we do not have a credit card reader.
