Casa Corallo - Terraced house on 2 levels, located inside the Tanca Piras Village, in the town of Nebida, a prominent tourist center on the Costa delle Miniere. The recently built village is located in an enchanting stretch of coast with a breathtaking view. At the center of the structure stands a large swimming pool which overlooks the well-kept and lush private park characterized by the typical vegetation of the island, where there are various paths that lead to the sea and to panoramic points from where you can witness the spectacular sunset that every day nature gives.

The Village is made up of several blocks of 'terraced' houses, and slopes gently towards the sea, overlooking a breathtaking panorama.

The house has an independent entrance on the first floor which is accessed via an independent internal staircase.

The house is made up of two rooms; first floor and second floor. The first floor is composed of an equipped living room, with dining area, kitchenette, sofa, bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and washing machine.

The external area consists of a large covered terrace, with a view towards the village and towards the sea. The second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower and hairdryer; both bedrooms have a window, wardrobe and air conditioning.

It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people

Located in the village in the 1st row adjacent to the main entrance of the village, 4th house in the row on the right of the entrance.

In the immediate vicinity of the village there are several marked paths for trekking enthusiasts, equipped routes for climbing, surfing and windsurfing schools and many other initiatives for lovers of outdoor sports. The closest beach is Portu Banda and can be reached on foot, at a distance of about 3 km you reach the beaches of Masua, Fontanamare, Plagemesu and Portopaglia. Also near the village are the majestic cliff of Pan di Zucchero and a very interesting example of mining archaeology: Porto Flavia.
