The property includes two separate houses sharing the central courtyard and the 20m2 swimming pool surrounded by a large loggia with barbecue area ideal for outdoor dinners and relaxing days with family or friends.
In the main villa, the largest, you will find a large living room with kitchen and lounge with sofa bed, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with toilet and shower, the other with toilet and laundry only), as well as a terrace of approximately 20 m2 with a view and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The smaller house, with independent access, shares the outdoor space and swimming pool with the main one and is composed of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a complete bathroom with shower.
The villa was completely renovated in 2018 and has first-rate and compliant systems.
It is furnished and equipped with all comforts, air conditioning in every room, a video surveillance system in the external areas with exclusive access for guests.
The two kitchens are equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Both houses have a laundry area with washing machine and an outdoor shower with hot water (both have one for exclusive use).
The Villa has a driveway to park your car in the private garden (2 parking spaces). The house is accessed from the garden via a flight of stairs. A second entrance is exclusively pedestrian and the Villa is also accessed from here via a flight of stairs.
From the Villa you can easily reach the beach of Cala Sinzias on foot (200 m) where there are large spaces of free beach but it is also possible to rent a place with umbrellas and sunbeds. On the beach there are several well-kept bars with catering and excellent service.
