We are in the Basilicata region whose territory is rich in history and natural beauty. The beach consists of a crystalline sandy coast suitable for families, equipped with beaches and restaurants, sailing schools.
The house is about 1 km from the sea, reachable in 3 minutes by car or by bike via the cycle path. At guests' disposal there are bicycles of various sizes, it is equipped with a fenced garden for exclusive use closed by a gate. In the enclosure there are several parking spaces shaded by a pergola.
It consists of a large veranda, living room, kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, an outdoor shower, has mosquito nets in all rooms, washing machine, cutlery, crockery. (NO bed linen/bath).
