The Chalet is located on the edge of the meadows - until 1980, in front of the Chalet, there was a large natural peat bog of great naturalistic interest - and its perimeter includes part of the centuries-old larch forest of the Val delle Mine where it is not uncommon to see squirrels, foxes, roe deers and deer: a truly peaceful and relaxing area.
The Chalet is located directly on the cross-country ski slopes and on summer and winter walks.
Ideal for spending holidays away from the chaos of the city: a ten minute walk from the free bus stops that transport you along the entire valley, also to the Carosello and Mottolino facilities, the shopping streets, the centre, the Aqua Wellness and Sports Center Granda; also close to bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops and pastry shops.
The Chalet is organized with several studio apartments furnished and equipped in Alpine style, well-kept and well-equipped, located on the ground floor and first floor of the building.
Each studio apartment has a living area with kitchen block with electric ceramic hobs, hood, fan, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, moka and mini-pimer as well as the set of pots, crockery, glasses and cutlery available; in this area there is the possibility of adding up to two beds.
The sleeping area includes a wardrobe-wardrobe with additional blankets and pillows, double bed (or possibility of setting up with two beds) with Nordic duvets and duvet covers, dressing room with sink, complete bathroom with shower, dehumidifier and hairdryer.
There are electric boot warmers and an external wardrobe for storing skis and boards.
Bathroom and kitchen linen can be requested for a supplement.
There is a natural forest available, with Alpine tree and floral species, a large garden lawn with tables and chairs, a solarium with deckchairs, free WiFi and parking, also free, in front of the Chalet.
