The house is located in a private village at about 10 minutes walk from the sea, it is close to various services such as market, fish market, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, newsstand, pharmacy, ATM, self-service laundry, gas station; it is about 20 minutes from Villasimius and Muravera. It consists of a double room, a bedroom with bunk bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with shower. It is equipped with 1 private parking space, water reserve, satellite TV, air conditioning, 2 verandas with respective gardens, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue. The house has a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, dishware, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.
We rent only for the summer period from JUNE to SEPTEMBER for a minimum of 5 days, we can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Pets are allowed.
Prices are per week and may vary depending on the period and length of stay. Euro 80 is added to the rate for end-of-stay cleaning and sanitization. DISCOUNTS are possible for bookings longer than 7 days.
