The Villino is located between Sperlonga and Terracina about 400 meters from the sea in Marina di Fondi (LT).
We offer various solutions for both weekends and short periods with types of structures for 4 to 6 or 10 people.
The apartments are independent and equipped with all comforts:
complete and equipped kitchen, 40" LED TV, air conditioners, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower, the private gardens, which are also independent, are equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and barbecues for pleasant evenings outdoors, outdoor shower, veranda and private parking inside the residence .
Personal linen kits such as towels and sheets are excluded and/or can be provided if necessary or upon request.
We require the utmost seriousness of a security deposit and final cleaning.
