The 80 sq. m. flat can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, is very bright and well exposed, is fully furnished and equipped, and is located on the second floor of a beautiful condominium complex with garden. There is no lift but the staircase to access the flat is comfortable, there are only 40 steps.
It is a two-room apartment composed of: entrance, living room with lake view, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom, storage room and terrace of 16 sq m with lake view.
In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed and in the large bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed ( two single beds)
The living room and the terrace have a pleasant lake view, in fact they overlook the small harbour of Solcio, which is 50 m away. The flat has a double exposure: the terrace is livable even in mid-season, the bedroom is cool during summer afternoons (there is a fan if needed!).
We have 1 RESERVED PARKING PLACE inside the fenced garden.

Sheets and towels provided. We provide one set of towels per guest (personal, face and shower). There is no weekly change.
PETS are allowed only by prior arrangement (max 1) of small size. Cats are not allowed.
