The house is on one floor located on the promontory of Capo Vaticano (contrada Le Querce) about 900 meters from the bay of Santa Maria.
The structure has a beautiful and large garden with trees with barbeque deck chairs with outdoor hot shower.
Large enclosed parking; forwarding you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina and the Aeolian Islands.
n.1 double bedroom with the addition of a bed, a bedroom with two beds; living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, veranda and garden, air conditioning with heat pump; Max sleeps 6. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV; fully equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, electric oven, toaster, microwave oven.

On request it is available with an additional cost:

The agreed price includes:
Water, gas, electricity (with consumption calculated up to 30 kW; beyond this limit, a supplement of €0.60 per kW will be required.

Lamezia airport is about 70 km away; the Ricadi railway station is about 3 km away.
At 8 km there is the renowned town of Tropea, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where you can taste the typical dishes of the local cuisine. Here cultural events and events with shows and exhibitions take place.
