The cosy holiday flat is situated in a villa, surrounded by typical Mediterranean and subtropical plants, in a quiet neighbourhood, near the centre of Barano d'Ischia, one of the six municipalities of the island of Ischia. The centre is within walking distance from the house (6-7 mins). Here you can find different types of facilities, like a supermarket, a post office, a bank, a restaurant, some bars and newsagents, etc. The next bus stop is about 50 mt from the property. Buses will take you to the near Maronti beach, the most largest bay of the island, as well as to all other villages and tourist attractions. The famous "Nitrodi" springs are not far from the accomodation.
The flat is made up of a bedroom with double-bed, a livingroom with up to two single-beds and a modern and well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with tables, chairs, a rocking chair, a sunbed, etc. The terrace is surrounded by typical mediterranean and subtropical plants and is ideal to enjoy some relaxing moments outdoors.
