In the bedroom there is an elegant handcrafted structure (placed on the wall of the bed) in lacquered wood with original MURANO glass inserts; the particular mural painting with golden reflections is also noteworthy;
- a spacious kitchen with masonry base and granite marble counter, fridge and steel hood and TV.
The kitchen (equipped with steel pots and various crockery) has a double sofa bed with electro-welded mesh.
- A bathroom with shower with brand new crystal box, washing machine and blue lacquered wooden furniture.
- A LONG BALCONY with large awning, drying rack and breakfast table with chairs.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (reachable on foot in a few minutes) there is a sandy beach with a seabed that slopes very gently (ideal for children and for those who want to relax with a natural whirlpool), 3 supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, fish market, butcher, pharmacy, parapharmacy, pastry shop, hairdresser, restaurants / pizzerias (also on the beach).
Not far away there is also the city center to spend the pleasant moments offered by the Pozzallo nightlife.
A few kilometers away it is possible to visit Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, the places of Montalbano, Pachino, Marzamemi, Noto, and also the island of Malta which is only 90 minutes away by catamaran.
The price varies according to the period and includes the consumption of electricity, natural gas, final cleaning and fiber internet connection.
The price does not include linen for the apartment.
We accept rentals from Saturday to the following Saturday (Check in Saturday after 15:00 - Check out following Saturday by 10.00 a.m).
