The B & B is 14 km from the beautiful town of Otranto and a 15-minute drive from Castro. Santa Cesarea Terme and the southern coast of Puglia are a 10-minute drive away.
The strategic position on the Adriatic seafront is ideal to reach all the seaside resorts and the famous areas of Salento, even those on the Ionian seafront. The house is ideal to rest from everyday stress taking advantage of the tranquility of the place, and the wonderful view.
Our rooms are spacious and bright, furnished with refined care and attention to detail, equipped with all comforts with independent entrances and services, all have a balcony, TV, individually controlled air conditioning / heating, private bathroom with shower and a small fridge; Some of the apartments also include a living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. The entire structure is equipped with every comfort and cheered by a breakfast included in the price, particularly rich and tasty, is also included the bed linen and towels with daily cleaning.

The B & B offers a relaxing stay in full contact with nature. From the quiet village where it is located, (Cocumola) you can easily reach destinations sought by tourists such as Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli etc.

Possibility for large groups to also book another Cottage of the same property or to request availability for the other house, even if the desired dates are not available.

For a sweet awakening, every morning we serve our guests a rich buffet breakfast prepared with baked goods, typical of the Salento culinary tradition. The manager, on request, offers services that will make your stay more comfortable: Aperitifs, drinks, coffee, drinks etc..peteridiane and after dinner;
Lunch and dinner agreement to be chosen among the various proposals according to the season;
