The accommodations feature all the comforts of home for a comfortable stay such as cookware, kitchen linen, crockery, fridge and freezer, oven, water heater, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, television, washing machine and mosquito nets.

SERVICES ON REQUEST:

• Laundry service at a cost of 10 Euros per person for each desired change.
• Ability to host animals

CONDITIONS:

• The apartment is delivered clean. For the final cleaning after your stay is for a contribution of 30 Euros
• In rent includes water, gas and electricity
• The apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights, with arrival from 16:30 and departure by 10:00
• For reservation there is a deposit of 20%
In the event of cancellation the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation two months before, it will be refunded the full amount
• Cancellation one month before, the deposit will be retained
