Rio Launaxi is recently built and is completely independent, located in a quiet area also benefits from a strategic location for visiting the area.

The house offers with bathroom double / twin rooms and shared, all with LED TV, fan, mini bar, free wi-fi.

The breakfast room is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wi-fi, which is adjacent to the garden with BBQ. The bathrooms are equipped with washing machine and laundry drier.

Guests at the Rio Launaxi have access to the private garden with free parking for cars and motorcycles.

The B & B is located near the center of Teulada and is just a few steps from the main services such as bus stops, bank, post office, pharmacy, bar, food, pizzerias, restaurants, gas stations, and others.

The beautiful beaches of the south west coast of Sardinia, about 6 km away and can be reached in a few minutes even with bikes if available delivered free loan by the management.
