The residence is surrounded by pine trees in a fascinating context. It is very close to Peschici, Vieste and Umbra Forest.

To reach the villa you have to climb 60 steps, be they short scenic stairways. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms (2 with sea view and 3 facing the garden) for a total of 10-12 beds, two new bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room with sea views, and a terrace 25 square facing the sea, where you can relax and sunbathe. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden which can also accommodate your 4-legged friends, and a living area in the shade overlooking the sea.
