The structure offers a large room of about 25 sqm. with double bed and bunk bed (ideal for families), complete with a private bathroom with shower, clima, WiFi and Tv sat; there is a cooker available in the garden. The apartment opens onto a large garden of historic value suitable for leisure activities of children and teenagers. The linen is changed weekly and before the arrivals. 3 bicycles are available upon request and pets of small size are also accepted. The apartment is connected by bus to the airport Galileo Galilei Pisa and the central station. Marina di Pisa (see side) can be reached in about 20 minutes. The city of Lucca and Florence can be reached in 30-60 minutes.

Possibility of boat trips nearby and urban tourism. It's just 15 minutes by car from the Natural Park of St. Rossore, Migliarino and Massaciuccoli. The apartment is near the Theatre Verdi, The Blue Palace, the museums, the University of Pisa and other cultural sites.
