Here you will have the opportunity to spend days relaxing, being just minutes from the beaches of Riccione, Misano Adriatico and Cattolica, and near historical sites such as Rimini, Gradara, Republic of San Marino, Urbino, San Leo, Montebello, Montefiore, montegridolfo etc.
Misano Monte is located about 2 km from the exit of Riccione (A14).
The house was made with a particular emphasis on renewable energy in fact have been installed in coverage photovoltaic panels in order to use solar energy for the production of electrical energy required for lighting but also for heating and production of hot water health and eliminating the consumption of methane gas.
