A new building with a philosophy focused on hospitality, family atmosphere and meticulous cleaning of the rooms, surrounded by greenery, close to the sea and equipped with many amenities, the apartments "Casa Fiore" are located in the town of Tropea, in a strategic position, thanks to which you can easily reach the shops, supermarkets, shops and other useful services.

We are within 3 km from Capo Vaticano and 5 from Tropea, with the backdrop of our beautiful and clear sea.

They are a great alternative to the usual solutions for holidays and stays of a few days or for long periods thanks to the many services and spaces offered. The advantage of a holiday in our apartments is to ensure a complete and safe like a hotel, but with the comfort, privacy and the tradition of hospitality of an apartment you manage yourself.

The apartments are fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette (equipped with crockery and fridge), dining room, living room, sofa bed, double room with possibility to accommodate 4 or more persons, independent balcony with washing line, color TV, air conditioning and many Other useful components according to customer requirements.

Available for our guests the following facilities: washing machine and grill in common, large enclosed garden with vegetables and fruit trees, children's games, car parking with automatic gate and other services. Confidential negotiations for the beach service: umbrella and chairs / beds.

Only here, all the services to 'internal' Casa Fiore "(new apartments), are included in the price, except for the air conditioning at € 5 per day, per apartment. No pets are allowed.

The price includes the following services: local produce "Welcome in Calabria", tourist guide of the area with paper routes and excursions, electricity, water, gas, taxes, dishes, refrigerator, color TV, balcony with drying room, washing machine and grill common, garden and play area in common, entrance with automatic gate, parking.

In the price are not included in the following services: air conditioning (€ 5 per day per apartment), umbrella and sun beds (to be agreed), bed linen and bath towels (PLEASE OBTAIN ALL THAT 'WHY' NOT AVAILABLE).
