The Villa is located in the province of Matera Marconia.
E 'with 4 rooms. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom, a large living room with sofa bed, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, garden, private parking space and can accommodate up to five people.
The whole villa is completely fenced.
The unit is equipped with all amenities.
We provide two pairs of sheets a week, towels and kitchen.
From the villa you can reach in five minutes by car from the lido Pisticci "St. Basil" with its wide sandy beaches and equipped.
Do not miss a visit to the Sassi of Matera, a World Heritage Site and European Capital of Culture 2019, the nearby Metaponto with its famous Pythagorean tables and the remains of that splendid civilization which was the Magna Grecia, the picturesque villages of Lucania, and other locations tourist like the Pollino National Park and the Park of the Grange in historic rural town of Brindisi Montagna.
