The B & B The grape is a STUDIO located on the historic center of Marino place on the 3rd floor of an old building with a characteristic spiral staircase with no lift so a bit of attention !!!
 Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven) where you can cook, living room, bedroom with exposed chance to enter a single bed or three single beds, maximum 3 people + cot free, bathroom with shower, antique wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.
We offer breakfast and gluten-free products on request.

A short walk from our B & B you will find the railway station of Marino Laziale, where trains arrive and depart for Rome Termini Centre, and the train of Rome you can go where you want to admire the Eternal City !!!!! and just a few steps from INI Institute.
If you arrive by car from the GRA exit of GRA 23 (APPIA) direction Ciampino - VIA THE DIRECTION LAGHI- MARINO.
