Ancient villa located in the Apulian countryside on the ancient Via Appia 2 km from the city of Corato, 15 km from the sea (Trani), 15 km from Castel del Monte, 35 km from Bari Airport. Completely renovated and furnished, surrounded by an estate with vineyards, olive and fruit trees; close to many tourist sites.
It has 2 large bedrooms, one dining room, one kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, veranda, large terrace, heating system of the latest generation with radiators in every room, air conditioning, fireplace, pellet stove , ample parking.
We rent all year the entire villa or a room with or without additional services.
Prices for the whole villa without additional services: 40 €/day for November, December, January, February and March; 60 €/day for April May, June, September and October; 80 €/day for July and August. For periods longer than 2 weeks price to be agreed.
Prices for a room (use of kitchen and laundry included) without additional services: 30 €/day for November, December, January, February and March; 40 €/day for April, May, June, September and October; 50 €/day for July and August.
Additional available services at prices to be agreed: B&B, cycling tours, wine tasting tours, historical-cultural tours.
Free shuttle service (on request and only for the first and last day of stay) for connection to the Ferrovie Bari Nord station in Corato, performing metropolitan service between Barletta and Bari (with the possibility to also bring bicycles on the trains ) and connecting Corato directly with the airport, the railway station of Barletta and the Central Railway Station of Bari.
Shuttle service (on request and only for the first and last day of stay) for the following connections: Bari Airport (35km), Barletta Railway Station (25km), Central Railway Station of Bari (45km).
