The dammuso, located on the ground floor of an old building, is a large apartment of 90 square meters. Recently renovated, located close to Piazza Italy (the main square of the city) is placed in the path of the baroque Scicli, city jewel UNESCO, on the road that connects two old districts of the city, beautiful scenery of the fiction of the "Inspector Montalbano" of the films "The boss of bosses" and recently "Italo Baroque". The accommodation is ideal for those who want to stay in the city center and within walking distance, easily, all Baroque sites of the city. The house consists of a large living area that includes a living room with a sofa (convertible to bed one bed) and TV, a kitchen with a dining area and laundry. A scale easily connects the living area from the sleeping area where there is the master bedroom plus 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. The rooms are heated and air conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people, given the type of accommodation is not suitable for children under 8 years old, disabled and pets. The visitor will have all appliances, crockery, table linen and cleaning the house. The linen and cleaning of the property is provided weekly.
The costs, only weekly, vary because of the season, from a minimum of € 750.00 to a maximum of € 850.00 per week which will be paid on arrival. The costs do not include the additional services for a fee, which will be announced along with the quote. The final cleaning entails an extra 5 per day. It invites you to itemize in quote requests, as well as the period of interest, the number of adults and children.
