Casale delle rose

Casale Rose is a farm located in a broad valley of warm and quiet countryside of Caltagirone. The building restored keeping faith original architecture (Sicilian beam - building 800) offers nine bedrooms all with bathrooms, a large room and two smaller rooms for catering and conferences.
Just two kilometers from the town serves only typical local, with genuine products from the cultivation business. (organic crops for joining the EU regulation) .It produce vegetables, olive oil, wine, fruit, jams, cheeses and ricotta.Tra the many specialties include: "gouged out of the house" with pistachios and almonds, noodles and ricotta wild asparagus, pasta with "macco", the tasty "cassatelle ricotta".
