Vacation Rentals Fully furnished 1st floor Apartment that offer an elegant welcoming environment and modern atmosphere located on a quiet road, yet in the heart of Marsaskala.
This is a large, modern and nice apartment of 118 sq m that consists of three bedrooms, the master
bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. The other bedrooms have two single beds and one has one single bed. There is a big and nice kitchen fully equipped and dining area with dinner table, and large living room +Internet-wifi, tv. There is another bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
All outside doors and windows have double glazing glass with mosquito nets. The floor tiles are ceramic.
The block main door opens with a digital code number or by key and have the intercom. This apartment is on the first floor, easy access and one can use the lift or the stairs.
A new nice and inviting apartment on the 1st floor with excellent standards. Small balcony.
Dominated by the bright, large kitchen/dining and living area.

Location: Marsaskala is lovely and touristic village full of Shops, excellent restaurants, bars and takeaways.
The bus stop from and to Valletta very nearby 50 meters away [Valletta 7 kilometers away] (1) Mini Market, (2) Confectionery shop, (3) Stationery & letterbox. Sandy and rocky beaches within walking distance 200 meters to the beautiful St. Thomas Bay. Also few minutes walking distance 215 meters from the Marsaskala promenade.
The Malta International Airport (the only airport in Malta) 9 kilometers away. Marsa Golf Courses - 6 Kilometers away. Cottonera (the three old cities group) 4 kilometers away. Hypogeum Malta - 4 kilometers away.
