Podere Flavio is a complex of apartments in a residential complex in the Tuscan countryside between the Gulf of Baratti and the location of Venturina Terme
and is just 4 km away from both and only 5 km from the town of San Vincenzo.

The apartments are brand new and are all provided by private garden which is accessed (even those on the first floor), and are all well furnished.

Each apartment has a covered parking space
but within the walls of the residence.
