South of India, Karnataka region. A 2 weeks tour, far from the common tourist routes, meant for whoever has the curiosity to live a different experience driven by desire to know the deep Indian culture, its tradidions and rural life. The tour includes: visits to local families, with whom we'll have local traditional meals; visits to important Unesco archeological sites; cooperatives of women where beautiful handicrafts are produced; the beautiful city of Mysore with its magnificent palace and its busy and colourful markets. We'll also stay at a beautiful home-stay in the middle of the coffee plantations and we won't miss an ayurvedic massage and some relaxing time by the beach. Included in the price is an English-speaking tour leader and cultural mediator for the entire duration of the stay.
