San Martino Bike & Climb Apartments" are in the ancient hamlet of San Martino of Arco (TN). The house was build in the 1800 and the apartments were completely rennoved in June 2013. We are open all the year, and the apartments are equipped with central heating.
The apartments are situated about 1.4 km far from the center of Arco (about 10 minutes walk) and 5 km from Riva del Garda and Torbole.
They are ideal for Free-Climbing' fans: from the apartments, in a few minutes, you can reach the crag Massone, Policromuro, one of Italy's most famous cliffs, which offers almost everything for everyone! It has over 150 routes of all difficulties and every tilt, from the easy slab to the extreme.
Suitable for Mountain-bikers: just 2 minutes from the path along the river Sarca and nearby many routes and mountain bike trails around the lake and through woods, trails and breathtaking views. There are mountain biking trails for both beginners and more experienced bikers.

Apartments:
one or two double rooms, one livingroom with sofabed, for 2 peolple, dining area (4/6 places), tv, kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave with grill, melita coffee machine, crockery. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Cellar in common with the other apartments to store bicycles and sports equipment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
