The apartment is located near the historical center of the town of Monteprandone ( province Ascoli Piceno, Marche), a medieval fortress overlooking the Adriatic Sea in San Benedetto del Tronto. It is geographically located on a hill overlooking the sea on the border between the Marche and Abruzzo , in central Italy , just 4 km from San Benedetto del Tronto and the sea.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with balconies overlooking the sea a day room with TV and balcony to eat outside, a kitchenette with cooking and oven complete with all utensils , utility room equipped with washing machine wash board and stretch - cloths, a spacious bathroom with a bath with a hairdryer
we also provide free 1 box of dishwasher detergent , laundry detergent , liquid hand soap , 1 roll of toilet paper
