Its strategic location a few steps from Navona Square, the Spanish Steps and the Vatican City enables to reach the main sightseeing sites of the city within a few minutes walk.

This very bright apartment is housed on the second upper floor of an exclusive building. It is made of two spacious double rooms, one with a small living space, LCD TV with DVD player, decoder and free satellite channels. In case of need a third bed can be added. In a separated room the kitchen is equipped with a four fires stove, programmable oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, a small folding table and supplied with kitchenware and all the necessary to cook. If you like to relax drinking a cup of tea or reading a book a small lounge on the corridor offers you the perfect resting point. The spacious bathroom is furnished with washbasin, bidet, shower box, washing machine and hairdryer. The 75 sqm apartment is served with WiFi Internet access, central heating and air conditioning. Towel set is provided. At only 50 meters distance from the house you can find a well-stocked supermarket and many historical bars such as “Caffè della Pace” as well as a wide selection of high-quality restaurants, inns, trattorias and pizzerias where you will enjoy the typical Roman atmosphere. The Bramante’s Cloister, Navona Sqaure, Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori and St. Angel’s Castle are only few of the many popular tourist attractions surrounding this area.

The peculiarity of this flat? Its enviable location and the familiar atmosphere that makes you feel like at home. Smoking in the bedrooms is forbidden but allowed in the rest of the house. The flat is housed in a very quit building so please avoid useless noise at night and when coming in and out.
