Our house is located few steps from the Tiepido creek that divides the municipal territories of Modena and Castelnuovo Rangone. It is part of a trio of elegant houses recently renovated in the original rural style. We have 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms all equipped with television and independent A/C system. If you are looking for relax while remaining close to the city and the motorway connections this is the place for you. During summertime, the guests can enjoy the large swimming pool located in our park. For the sports enthusiasts who want to be engaged in the physical activity throughout the whole year we suggest our gym well-equipped with new generation equipment.
