In the beautiful setting of the Eolian Archipelago, UNESCO heritage since 2000, a few steps from the sea, faced on the West Bay, is located the renewed Resort Les Sables Noirs ****, whose name derives from the colour of the sand typical of Volcano Isle.
Volcano is the first Eolian Isle coming from Sicily. Its name is due to the namesake roman god and its existence to the fusion of four Volcanoes. The greatest, Fossa Volcano, dominates it from its 391 meters.
