In the middle of the valley, the small village of Arvier allows to reach easily Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso and Aosta tourist areas with their numerous excursions in summer and ski trails in winter (Pila, La Thuile, Courmayeur). All year round you can visit Aosta city with its Roman ruins and various Aosta Valley castles.
The house is situated in a quiet and sunny spot with splendid views over the historical village of Leverogne, in Arvier.
Seven apartments equipped with every comfort are ready to welcome you and to make your mountain holiday unique: you can alternate relax with sport activities in any season.
Completely renovated in 2005 and always owned by the Godioz family, the house is located on the old sawmill respecting the plan and the exterior of the original building.
The apartments are furnished in simple and comfortable Aosta Valley style.
Each two-rooms apartment has an independent entrance and heating system, a bright living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen area equipped with every comfort, one bedroom with double bed (some-ones have also one single bed in addition) and one bathroom with shower.
Magnificent views over the villages of Leverogne and Arvier, La Mothe castle and the surrounding mountains.
