Villa Maria is a new three floors building which is located 1.5 km from the city center of Himara, and only 500 meters away from Potami beach. Even if it is not far away from chaotic summer center, this is a peaceful hillside residence nestled in an olive grove. The eight studios are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor. The four studios on the first floor contains a double bed and one twin bed and private balcony, whereas the ground-floor studios are equipped with double bed, two twin beds and have verandas. Each studio has its own bathroom with shower, kitchenette, dinette set, A/V, TV.
