The house (100sqm) is independent and has a garden of 500 square meters private and completely fenced. It can accommodate from 2 to 7 people. The rooms are 2: one double and one with 2 bunk beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The living room is very large, and the kitchen is large, has a 4 burner stove and well equipped, the bathroom with a bathtub. All windows have mosquito nets. The linen is not supplied. We require a 20% reservation and 40 euro extra for consumption and cleaning. Pets are accepted, of any type and size. Ideal for those who want to enjoy nature and the sea at the same time: in fact, just a few minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Numana and Sirolo and attractions you can immerse yourself in the rich landscape of the Regional Park of Monte Conero.
