The Residence Eloisa is a three-storey property overlooking the crystal clear waters of Balestrate, a small seaside resort located on the Gulf of Castellammare.

The property is newly built and is about 100 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the beach.
Its location is particularly interesting since it is located directly on the waterfront, which is also the main course of Balestrate heart of the lively summer.
The beautiful location of the residence allows its guests to enjoy magnificent views of enriched by beautiful sunsets reflected in the gulf.

Standard two-roomed 2 +2 on the 1st, 2nd floor.
Each apartment consists of kitchen / living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony.
Each unit is equipped with the following services: air conditioning / heating in the living area, kitchenette with 4 burner stove, fridge with freezer, TV, double sofa bed in the living room.
Note: Some apartments have sea view, while others face.

Superior one bedroom apartment penthouse 2 +2 on the 3rd floor.
Each apartment consists of: living room, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and large partly covered terrace.
Each unit is equipped with the following services: air conditioning / heating in the living area and sleeping area, LCD TV 32 ", DVD player, kitchenette with 4 burner stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, juicer, barbecue, double sofa bed in stay.

EACH UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH LINEN BATH, BEDROOM AND KITCHEN, AND OF DISHES FOR KITCHEN AND HAIR DRYER.

Equipment structure: lift, meeting room, TV room (lobby), laundry in common use.
