At 400 meters from the sea and 3 Km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi I rent an apartment in a reserved and quiet residence, all around there is a big park, a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a recreation area, in the back you will find the private parkings.
The swimming pool and the tennis courts are opened from 15 June to 15 September and their use is completely free.
The apartment have a private garden equipped with table and chairs and 2 private car-park; it is composed by 2 floor and a big solarium terrace: in the ground floor there is the sitting room, the kitchen corner, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the first floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower, so in this floor there are also 2 entrances for the solarium terrace that is equipped with sun beds, table, chairs and barbecue.
In the apartment there are also air conditioning, TV with terretre digital dish washer, refrigerator and freezer.
Total number of beds are 6 because in the sitting room there is a bed-settee, and if you need we are able to give you a folding bed for the newborn.
