It is a bioclimatic house. It 'been restored with the goal of using only natural and traditional materials and maximize energy efficiency and water consumption.

The living room has been installed on the top floor south to maximize light and solar energy, especially in winter. The ground floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, with less light, but with excellent insulation. This means that the house is cool in summer and warm in winter.

Benamahoma is located in the town of Grazalema, in the heart of the Natural Park of the Sierra de Grazalema. Under the Sierra del Pinar, the place higher up in the province of Cadiz, in whose shadow extends the famous forest of firs, the best reserve this rare and beautiful species of spruce.
