Come a casa B & B is located in an apartment on the 3rd floor (lift) recently renovated. Our B & B is located in a central area of the city of Como and offers the possibility of staying in a quiet and well served (bars, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, banks and shops) where you can easily walk different destinations: Railway station Trenord Borghi 100 mt, city center (Duomo) 500 mt., Trenitalia Railway station about 1 km, lake shore 700 meters.

The structure consists of two bright rooms with private bathroom, TV, a spacious living room, terrace furnished in use for smoking. Possibility of parking space just 100 meters.
The service includes daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms, the possibility of using a fridge and microwave and a hearty breakfast, served in a friendly and hospitable ... just like at home.
The whole area of the bed and breakfast is covered by WI-FI internet access free.
