Castelnuovo is a Bed&Breakfast / holiday home in the historic centre of Recanati. The beautifully appointed two-room apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter, and can sleep up to four people.
The entrance, through a flower-covered pergola, leads to a spacious sitting room with traditional Tuscan style fireplace, cooking area with fridge, and double sofa-bed.

The double bedroom adjoins a large and stylishly finished bathroom with shower, hand basin and storage cupboard.
Parking is on the street in front of the house. All main shops and the post office are to be found within a radius of 100 metres. The sea is just 15 minutes drive away.
The apartment is optimal for in-depth visits to Giacomo Leopardi, Lorenzo Lotto, Beniamino Gigli and for a pilgrimage to the famous basilica at Loreto. The beaches of Porto Recanati, Numana and Sirolo are within easy reach, as is the Monte Conero nature park.

Castelnuovo can provide a base for those working in the private sector (Castagnari, Guzzini e Teuco, Clementoni, Ottaviani, etc) or public sector (hospital, school and courses in professional development etc).
